1. Private Dealer Status

33 Motors Inc. operates as a private, referral-only luxury vehicle dealer.
Access to vehicles and services is by invitation or referral only.

2. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold “as-is” without warranty, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Clients are encouraged to arrange independent inspections prior to purchase.
Vehicle availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed in full before release of any vehicle.
Accepted payment methods include cash, certified bank checks, wire transfers, and credit/debit cards (3% processing fee; 4% for American Express).
Deposits may be accepted in limited circumstances, such as printing costs, and must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Vehicles may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will only be accepted if the vehicle is in the same condition as when purchased.
Taxes, registration, customization, and processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and transportation are arranged after completion of any transaction and are not facilitated through the website.
Clients are responsible for shipping coordination and costs. Assistance may be provided through third-party partners upon request.

6. Liability

33 Motors Inc. is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses incurred during third-party shipping, inspections, or after vehicle release.
By purchasing a vehicle, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with private auto transactions.

8. Changes to Terms
