Refund Policy

At 33 Motors Inc., we pride ourselves on offering a private, luxury, and referral-only car buying experience. To ensure transparency and fairness for all clients, we maintain the following refund and return policy:

30-Day Return Window
All vehicles are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when sold.
Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
As-Is, No Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicles are sold “as-is, without warranty.” Clients are encouraged to complete thorough inspections and request vehicle history prior to purchase.
Non-Refundable Costs
Registration fees, taxes, processing fees, transportation costs, and any customization or aftermarket upgrades are non-refundable.
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
